Chihuahua Dog Pictures
Most chihuahua dog pictures will have a picture of the puppies and some pictures of the parents.
The standard size of the breed is 6-9 inches high at the shoulder, and weight is 2-6 pounds. These canines come in various colors. Longcoats are very popular in the USA; they are considered to be a separate breed in the UK. These dogs have an apple-shaped head with large ears, large and luminous dark eyes, pointed muzzle and dainty feet. The chest is broad and deep, the back is level, and the sickle-shaped tail is carried over the back. These canines have a brave and saucy temperament, and can be fairly dog-aggressive.

It is the smallest breed in the world and the only natural toy breed. In other words, it is not a result of breeding down large breeds, as with other types. There exist two varieties within this breed: smoothcoats and longcoats and both types can occur in a litter. According to the standard, these creatures should not exceed the weight of 6 pounds, but pet quality animals can weigh up to 12 pounds. This breed possesses an interesting feature: a soft spot on the head, called molera, like in human babies.
